"During my research on ATV/UTV's I came across the Hoffpauir website and the testimonial page. I thought the testimonials were made up. After settling on a Polaris 800 crew I started getting price quotes. I went to the local Austin dealers, San Antonio dealers, out to Hutto etc. I also remembered the Hoffpauir testimonial page and decided I would give them a try. I called asked to speak to sales and was transferred to Leslie. After answering a few questions Leslie gave me a price quote that was $2500 lower then what the local austin dealer quoted me over the phone. Leslie set up delivery for the same day and I had my crew 800 that afternoon. One side note I have been driving my 800 crew for 3 days now and I am still getting internet price quotes from some of the other dealers. If you settled on a Polaris shop no further Hoffpauir is a good outfit to deal with."

"I stumbled across Hoffpauir Polaris while searching the internet for a Ranger HD 800 EPS. I was in contact with 5 different dealerships for around a week. Jody Duckett was by far the most helpful. Jody would answer emails promptly during the day AND after business hours and weekends!! Jody also went above and beyond to get me the best financing available. He is the reason I have ordered these boxes from your company and if he can get any credit for this order then please make sure it happens. He was very informative and very patient with me as I am a girl and have very little knowledge of these accessories! This is a Christmas present for my husband so please if anyone has any questions call me at the shipping phone number or my cell number 281-686-2745. "My Dad and I looked around for 2 months before we decided to buy a 2010 Ranger XP. We made the 2 hour drive from Abilene for two reasons. #1 the prices were lower than anywhere around us and #2 the customer service is fantastic!!!! I bothered Jody in the Internet department for 2 months and he never took longer than 30 minutes to vet back to me. Even when he was at the coast for a fishing trip! And Leslie who actually sold us the Ranger was just as helpful and patient while we decided which one we were going to buy. No high pressure sells at Hoffpauier!! "We went from a Kubota RTV, to a Polaris Ranger Crew 800 EPS. I called Jody and shortly their after the deal was made.
We use ours for lake transportation, so we added the hard top, windsheild, rear view mirror,wipers. It was ready on time. Leslie is great to work with and knows alot about what they sell. We have one issue with heat from the fan, but help is one the way with a insulation kit. I will drive 4 hours to them so they can install it.

"On 9-22-09 I sent a quote request to Hoffpauir Polaris at about 8: 45 pm for a 2010 model 6 wheel Ranger-green with no extras-out the door price. Unbelievably I received a reply at 10:11 from Jody Duckett with a price. I was waiting for price quotes for two days from other dealers. The next day I called Jody and inquired if he could live with the quoted price.With no hesitation he replied that was the price for a 2010 model.Jody also said that the 2009 model would be available at a lower price as well as other models of 4 x 4's. I had researched the 2010 with higher ground clearance-tilt steering wheel etc. I was only interested in the 2010 model and was not interested in other models.
Hoffpauir moved forward with ordering a 2010 model that I had requested. There were no attempts to add hidden charges-add ons-''price corrections''-changes etc. Just straight forward supplying exactly what I had requested.
I had a price from a dealer north of Houston that offered the exact unit for $ 1,760.00 more and and a dealer within 20 miles that offered a 2009 for $ 650.00 less than Hoffpauirs first and only quoted price. At least thats what I think were the quotes as every dealer was offering the models they had in stock and special end of the year clearances on 4 x 4s-not the only simple quote that I had requested. I was contacted over 20 times by one dealer and invited to ''come by and hash out the details''
I actually never received a quote on the 2010 model after many many requests-just drop by and lets get this worked out.
I was concerned about driving to Goldhwaite but they loaded my machine and returned home. On the way home as I stopped for gas I tried to fill the tank on my machine but it was FULL. All in all -the most satisfactory buying experience -honest-straight-forward-exactly as quoted-nothing less than than a quality experience. All company's should try to use Hoffpauirs business model.
